This 3-week online class is designed for individuals who already possess excellent writing and communication skills. This is an introductory level class for those who have not had any formal prior proposal training.
Course participants will learn how to coordinate a proposal from start to finish. Course content includes a discussion of the various proposal processes and advantages and disadvantages to each. Participants will also learn proposal strategy techniques and tools for proposal management.

Full RFP Compliance
The RFP process can sometimes be quite confusing. RFP criteria are not always clearly defined or found. You may have to dig deep into the RFP document or attachments to find them all. Learn how to make sure nothing is missed.
Proposal Management
Without an established proposal management process in place, it's easy for things to fall through the cracks. We’ll teach you a task management methodology that ensures compliance to all RFP requirements, from font size and margins, to the section headers and page count. We'll teach you how to make sure there is clear accountability among all team members. You'll also learn how to effectively conduct kickoff meetings, review sessions, and final quality control.
